The Italia–America Festival presents Terra Promessa, a historical study by Giorgio Trivelli and Luciano Caleffi on late 19th-century migration from Vicenza to the U.S. Deceived and exploited in cotton fields, the migrants later founded the communities of Tontitown and Knobview–Rosati. A story of hope, hardship, and resilience.
