Andy Luotto

Andy Luotto—chef, showman, and unforgettable star of Italian television in the 1970s and 80s—shares the story of his life between entertainment and cuisine in a public conversation with journalist Antonio Di Lorenzo.
Born in Brooklyn in 1950 and discovered by Renzo Arbore, Luotto left a mark in TV history with cult programs like L’altra domenica and Quelli della notte, before successfully turning to gastronomy.
Author of books such as Faccia da chef and Padella story, Luotto embodies the Italian-American creativity that combines passion, talent, and a lighthearted spirit.
In a second evening event, blending jokes and recipes, Luotto will also offer an extraordinary show cooking session—where humor and culinary mastery come together in a unique encounter between two worlds.

Matteo Grandi

Sustainability and creativity in the kitchen: Grandi and Luotto together in Vicenza for a unique brunch.

The event is scheduled at 11:30 am at Garibaldi Bistrot in Piazza dei Signori, Vicenza, where participants will enjoy a unique gastronomic experience, immersed in the precious and evocative setting of the city center.

The show cooking is designed to promote a sustainable and conscious cuisine, able to reduce waste and enhance every ingredient. Each of the two chefs will present one recipe:
