Twenty-one “forgotten” recipes and four “Palladian” dishes, taken from the renowned Messisbugo, intertwine in a narrative that blends tradition, flavor, and memory. A practical guide to bringing the tastes of the past back to the table, enriched with anecdotes, historical reflections, and wine suggestions. A journey through flavors that is also a tribute to the identity of the region. In collaboration with Biblioteca Internazionale La Vigna. The event will be moderated by journalist Antonino Padovese. (The event is in Italian with English translation.)
