Barbara Beltrame Giacomello

Born in 1979, she has been President of Confindustria Vicenza since May 2025. Former Vice President of Confindustria Nazionale with responsibility for internationalization, she is Vice President of AFV Beltrame Group, a leading company in the steel sector in Italy and Europe. She serves on the Boards of Directors of Luiss Guido Carli University and SIMEST. She is Vice President of ALUISS and Honorary President of BusinessMed.

Armando Varricchio

Born in Veneto in 1961, he graduated in International Relations from the University of Padua and began his diplomatic career in 1986. He served as Ambassador to Serbia, Deputy Secretary General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Diplomatic Advisor to Prime Ministers Letta and Renzi, and Deputy Diplomatic Advisor to President Napolitano. From 2016 to 2021 he represented Italy in the United States. After his tenure in Washington, he served as Ambassador to Germany and is now once again working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2016, he was awarded the Knight Grand Cross, the highest honor bestowed by the Italian Republic.

Enrico Marchi

Graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, he began his entrepreneurial career in 1980 in the field of consulting, founding Finanziaria Internazionale Holding SpA. He is now President of Banca Finint Group and of SAVE, the company managing Italy’s third-largest airport system, which includes the airports of Venice, Treviso, Verona, and Brescia. He is also involved as an industrial partner in the management of Brussels South Charleroi Airport in Belgium.
